"The biggest challenge was to capture the energy and message authentically despite the physical distance," Schulze explains. "But that's exactly what 381 B-Town Syndicate stands for: music that connects."

The EP is inspired by the ongoing labor negotiations and strikes at Volkswagen, driven by IG Metall and its dedicated workforce. It captures the societal tensions of our time and serves as a reminder that unity and collective action are the keys to change. The title track, which reflects IG Metall's slogan, is presented in three distinct versions:
